The importance of following Rules.

I cannot over emphasis the importance of following your own Bylaws and Rules of Procedure.

An organization can waste a lot of time and money if it ever gets taken to court and loses a case because it failed to follow its own rules.

It is one thing to lose because you made the wrong decisions. Its another to lose because you failed to follow proper procedure.
